We use a secure web payment system and a secure e-mail system for all orders and/or correspondence with all of our customers and suppliers.
Data Breach Protocol
Should T.I.S. be informed of any such data breach, we will notify our customers promptly and notify the corresponding authorities.

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will gladly refund your purchase less a 20% re-stocking and processing fee.
â ī¸ Important Conditions: Product must be unused. Shipping fees not covered for returned products.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase
- Product must be in original, unused condition
- Include original packaging and documentation
- Obtain Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Turtle Island Supply offers free shipping on all regular online orders exceeding $500.00. Flat rate shipping of $20.00 for all other orders will be charged. Please see terms and conditions below.
Shipping Coverage
- Turtle Island Supply only ships to Canada and its provinces and territories
- Free shipping on orders over $500.00 (regular items only)
- $20.00 flat rate for orders under $500.00
- Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
- Remote locations may require additional time
- Expedited shipping available upon request (additional fees apply)
Damage & Loss
- Any loss or damage in a shipment is to be documented, photographed, and reported upon receiving said shipment
- Turtle Island Supply reserves the right to deal with shipping issues as it sees fit, be it a replacement or refund
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Limitation of Liability
Turtle Island Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Manufacturer Warranties
All products sold by Turtle Island Supply carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
Warranty Claims
- Keep your receipt and proof of purchase
- Contact us with warranty claims and we'll assist with the process
- Defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded
- Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
Extended Protection
Extended warranty and protection plans may be available for select products. Please inquire at time of purchase.
